The classic tapered shape of this design has unique raised back and side contours that create a feeling of enclosure on the top surface. This element, plus the two-tone effect of the contrasting woods of Cerused Walnut and Tobacco Mahogany, is offset by the powerful focal detail of the bronze sculpted flame handles. These handles were hand sculpted by artisans in France, before being cast in bronze.
