The main body of this console was fitted together with miter folds. This allows the grain pattern of the top to waterfall continuously over both vertical end gables.

An elliptical oval laminated plywood tube was fitted into rabbet joints between the front and back panels, with inlaid corner beads to soften the edges.

Crafted from quartered and flat sawn Black Walnut this console has a hand rubbed oil and low-VOC clear polyurethane finish.
